Day # 4
I was in recovery for 6 years 2004 and relapsed 5 years ago....my disease has progressed that I'm so afraid to hit rock bottom again as I did in 2004. I have so many good things in life and don't want to loss them over a drink and my insanity I'm a drug addict which I have not picked up in 11 years but picked up alcohol 5 years ago and addiction is an addiction a drug is a drug...working on day 4 one day at a time...
Read around the forums, lots of wisdom and experience there.

Dear keep, I know you can get back to the sober place you were. I know how hard it is to let the past mistakes drag you down but it is a device from our AV to get us to use. I hope the support here can help. Best wishes, John
