Hi again again
Hi again again
HI everyone in the sober sphere. It's been a while again. I'm happy to see so many of you out here.
I'm grappling with my mental health and finances. Reaching out again to say hello and share support

Hi Kaneda! So good to see you.
So much has happened. I left my home and my family to start a new life on my own. Trying to change old patterns and better myself and just enjoy more. And get out of freedom debt, hehe
That's the goal anyway.
How are you?

Hey Plenny
I am very well, at least on the inside Been devoted to my recovery plan which has morphed over the years but fundamentals remain the same (exercise, meditation, etc etc). I've discovered that externally factors dont change a lot with sobriety so far but the internal changes have been substantial. And its the internal changes that count I think (hope)

Kaneda, what do you mean by external? Your relationships or the structure of your life?
I'm so happy to hear you've kept up with recovery. It's great news.
I mostly hope that recovery will lead to greater self love and discovery, and heightened productivity

Internal: all "phenomena" that occurs inside yourself, ie, emotions, motivations, thoughts, consciousness, states of mind, spiritual, etc
My sobriety journey is causing a transformation of the internal, hopefully for the better. When I hear the phrase "life goes on", I believe it refers to the external which is true for me. Life does go on externally whether you are sober or otherwise but the internal transformation is where sobriety counts.
In a nutshell, my internal changes makes "life" a lot easier to manage
