6 days sober

hi people small steps but 6days cold turkey am feeling strong so far i dident sleep real good for the first 4 nights now ime sleeping great will report in again on day 60 good luck to everyone

Welcome and glad you are doing great. Come back often, it really helps whether starting out or 20 years sober, we all learn from each other, support each other to rid our lives of this sickness.

Why not use SR more regularly gumtree - a lot of people get a lot out of this place

I agree with dee. I'm sure I would of relapse if I did not get the regular support here to reach day 60. I hope you have a solid plan.
