The Neuroscience of why gratitude makes us healthier
This is for anyone that doesn't practice mindfulness or gratitude & has thought about it

Practicing gratitude pays off for me. Gratitude is an action. I show my gratitude to AA and God (of my understanding) by working with others on a regular basis. I could just pay lip service "I'm so grateful, look at my list.. just don't ask me to actually do anything..." just empty words. Faith without works is dead.

Thankyou. I try to do it sometimes, doing it daily is something I need to work on.
1) Keep a daily journal of three things you are thankful for. This works well first thing in the morning, or just before you go to bed.
2) Make it a practice to tell a spouse, partner or friend something you appreciate about them every day.
3) Look in the mirror when you are brushing your teeth, and think about something you have done well recently or something you like about yourself.
