Happy new year everyone!

2015 for me has been about change, freedom and peace. I can honestly say I have no resolution this year except to continue my commitments to health and peace. I hope the new year brings the same to all my new friends here. I'm very happy to have found this forum. Happy new year everyone!

Trigger foods? Please explain...not too familiar with that one. Would that be like being so familiar with eating pizza with beer that every time you look at a slice in a window while you're out and about, you associate it with drinking?
Hmmm...I should be careful if true as well.
