Getting someone to vouch for my sobriety

I'm in the midst of a divorce/child custody battle and my attorney recommends that I get someone to testify in court for my sobriety. It will cost me $100 to ask her who, so I'm wondering if any of you have been through this. I went through rehab and have been sober since Oct. 18. My 18-yr-old triplets live with me and they are the only ones who could truly say whether I'm sober or not, but that seems like a conflict of interest. I've been seeing a pyschiatrist for about 9 years and she has been through all the addiction and recovery stuff with me, but I don't see how she could testify that I'm sober. TIA!

Hmm...never been through that myself. If it's just a matter of an adult legally agreeing to do it for you, I would think your adult daughters would be a better judge than anyone as they see you every day.

The only other option I could think of would be to actually go to a clinic or rehab/detox facility that offers actual blood/breath testing on a regular basis.
