Merry Christmas everyone!
What a difference a year makes. Last year at this time I was so nervous and afraid. Afraid that something, any wrong move, would lead to picking up a drink again.
I was super cautious and thought about my every action......
Stayed strong!
This year is very relaxed and easy. I am hosting the family for Christmas dinner, lots of food, lots of people, lots of beverages, but none contain alcohol! That makes me happy and calm!
Thank you everyone for the words of wisdom and advice throughout the year. I wish this happiness and peace to everyone that is struggling. IT IS POSSIBLE! Stay strong!
