happy holidays

Day 32 sober, day 4 not smoking. My brother in-law referred to my new found sobriety as "hearing a vicious rumor". He meant well, guess we all have some adjusting to do.

Thanks for posting. I just had to apologize to a family member b/c I was being irritable. This reminds me now that a sober holiday (or a sober anything) far exceeds my impaired ones.

Happy holidays, Celandra! Well done on day 32 and 4. People often don't know how to deal with this, so just smile, brush it off, and stay the course.

Good point - - being able to brush things off only shows how confident you are in staying the course.
