Hot Chocolate

just made some! Really thick with real chocolate for me and my boys I also made this other treat..... pillsbury croissant dough with a wheel of brie cheese, topped with raspberry jam and white chocolate. Mmmmmm so freaking good! This is why I will never be skinny lol.

So much better than beer!

Happy Holidays everyone

I love hot chocolate! It's such a delightful indulgence. I do not deprive myself of such occasional treats. And the baked brie sounds wonderful! Tis the season for decadent treats.

I just got home, and sitting with a lemon herbal tea! Hot chocolate sounds so good though - bought hot chocolate, marshmallows and whipped cream for tomorrow night, when my son is back from his dads

Get some Ibarra Mexican hot chocolate. It's a little harder to make cuz the big circular chunks you gotta blend in a blender. But with real whipped cream and a poppyseed bagel w/ butter it's my fave. Hard to find in stores but there's a store where my mom loves that carries it and I stock up. Use a full circle chunk for ~ 20 + oz milk:-) heat the milk, add to chocolate in blender and blend then reheat and add whip.

OMG that sounds amazing! I am going to find myself some of that.

Best hot chocolate I ever had was in Switzerland. It was so thick you had to eat it with a spoon. Unbelievable! We had to walk up the side of a mountain to get it so I never worried about the calories! Haha
