Holiday Foods You Might Not Know Contain Alcohol
I'm not putting this here to start an argument.
If you're someone who is wary of ingesting alcohol in food, or haven't thought much about that, I thought the article might be of use, as might this chart.
If it doesn't bother you, then this is a thread you don't have to read
Point7 about energy drinks containing alcohol surprised me tho - I've have never heard this claim before, or ever read it in the ingredients, a practice I always follow.
Perhaps they mean trace elements. There's no author cited...if anyone has a cite for this claim, please let me know

Alcohol and Energy Drinks: The Dangers of Mixing
This would make sense that alcohol infised energy drinks may have been available in the past. I used to drink a really horrible alcoholic guarana drink in my drinking days.
I drink energy drinks - one of my foibles not yet mastered.
It's one of the things I know I shouldn't and I am trying to avoid them.
For those in early recovery I recommend avoiding them altogether as the high caffeine levels may overstimulate an already battered CNS and may lead to cravings.
