Day 10 whoud a thunk it.

day 10 going strong feeling much better, weird dreams still, feeling great in the morning. around 5pm the thoughts start to creep in but i am not paying any attention,lots of good things on SR to keep me going , thank you all , and everyone please stay strong.

Good job! When I was in very early recovery I would always relax with my favorite non alcoholic beverage and some candy!!!! Got me through. You can do it! One day at a time.
