Strarting over and committed
I did a ten day inpatient alcohol detox in April followed by an outpatient program using Naltroxone. I relapsed.
Yesterday I was released from the hospital after a seven day detox. I'm committed but need to learn tools and coping etc. I want complete abstinence.
I'm dual diagnosis with bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, Panic Disorder and LCD. I used to be anorexic but I'm normal weight now.
Feeling lost but determined and hopeful. This is a great site. I'm going to attend the chat meeting tonight.
