Step # 1
Step # 1 . is no matter what , do not pour the poison down your throat, this is day 9 for me and all is good real good, i am trying not to make it rocket science, i have a firm grip on step one and the rest i am learning from all of you as i go , the support here on SR is fantastic , the posts and especially the responses that you folks share is what i am learning from , when ever i get confused i just refer back to step one. thank you all.

You're doing great grizzly. Just a hint, when you start feeling really good at that AV starts telling you maybe your problem isn't as big as you thought. Don't believe it. Many of us have fallen for that!

Great job and if you're a numbers guy and bigger is better then you'll like my calculation , you're actually already on Step 2( the last one ) Don't , no matter what, step the first being Stop, so goodonya!
And yeah that AV is a lying bastage, no matter what is the rule, rooting for ya !
