Family Christmas party. :D
So went to a family christmas party on Saturday. Alot of fun...With all my cousins and extended family.
Alot of drinking too...Which really didn't bother me too much.
What did kind of screw up the day for me...We all brought a gift and well you get to chose a random gift off the table.
The fates consipired and out of all the things...I pick up a Liquor Store gift card!
Which i quickly handed off to my sister. (Who knows about my drinking...)
The rest of the family dosen't know...(Well a few do...But i certainly don't broadcast it.)
Made it to my homegroup later that night. All in all a good day.
Those fates though...haha.

It's good you made it through and had a good time. One year my boss gave everyone a bottle of wine for Christmas. A different supervisor gave me a birthday card with a martini glass on the front. My grocery store receipt had a five dollar off coupon for a bottle of wine.
The universe has an odd sense of humor. Temptation will always be there. But you made it! Congrats

How do you maintain such a positive attitude?? What did you focus on during the gathering? Is your sister the only one that knows?
I am super impressed. Ever cross your mind to skip out?
I want to get to the point I'm so strong in my path, other people's paths don't bother me!
Any tips would be appreciated. And: you had "Alot of fun!"
