Day 1
I've taken today and tomorrow off work so that I can detox.....
Just had a death in the family and used that as an excuse to drink
But that's not the sort of life my god/step mother would have wanted for me. I'm going to use her as an inspiration to really fight for sobriety.
I don't want to lose my health, my job etc. and if I continue that is the only reality

Thanks Dee.......i'm trying to see this as an opportunity i'm lucky to have a few days off work to go through the worst of it physically.
Vitamin B lots of water and hopefully i'll be able to get some sleep.

Make sure you stay well hydrated. I always recommend Gatorade but I have heard others say that Pedialite is the best when going through a detox to re-balance your electrolytes .
