Hey thanks all for support over the weeks .
I am seeking less obsessive ways of staying sober than trawling the posts on here .

I have been finding the site counter productive but through no fault of any single person here ,it's down to me .

I just get too involved and overthink many posts and can type out responses over and over to find myself deleting and closing my laptop .

Then when I posted about what I was a valid herbal supplement it got deleted .

I can do without this added obsessive thinking about how to respond correctly . Should I say it this way or that way ,should I say nothing .

Maybe I need more sober time .

People react differently to SR and that's fine...

if you are going to leave tho - make sure you have something to take the place of SR...make sure you have a sober support system.

I'd hate to see you without any support.

It's okay, Thomas59 - many of us have had posts deleted from time to time. I know I have! It's easy to take it personally, but please don't. This board is pretty great, and people will support you through thick and thin. Don't let one hiccup get you down. Believe me when I say that nobody will remember or worry about that post. Each day is a new day around here. Hope you stick around!

Have you considered mtns there is choice AA, Smart etc

If you leave based on what your saying im not going to say don't go because if you think that's right I support your decision but like D said have something in place to support that
