Thanks for the link Soberwolf. Another good book to check out is Meditations by Gregory Hays. I enjoyed it and lent it to a friend who was going through a major life crisis and he said it helped him.

I read Meditations just recently I read it through couldnt put it down I reccomend that book to everyone
