Day 2
Well I am into Day 2.
Slept 10 hours last night and feel better this morning. Still feel tired and foggy.
I started reading Allen Carr's "Stop Drinking Now" last night, based on someone here posting it helped him.
I am going to try using some vitamins and supplements to help with energy and cravings. Ordered Niacin, B-complex, Milk Thistle, and a good multivitamin on Amazon. Also getting back into my exercise regime of walking five miles 5-6 times a week.
Start looking for an addiction counselor today also. One of my goals is to be refocused on life and heading in a new direction when my last semester of college begins Jan. 17.
