We're making it through. I have a shrink & therapist now & that is going well. He positively diagnosed me w\ severe panic disorder & anxiety disorder. Feels good to take his test & have it be official. Also diagnosed me w\ depression that is in remission. I've been sober roughly 6 months & feeling good considering.

Holidays are still rough, but I'm coping. My ex & I are slowly moving forward so that's given me hope I didn't have before ..

That's awesome. I am one who truly appreciates the psychiatric field. When properly diagnosed, effective treatment can begin. It's good to know what the issues are so you can begin to use the tools your learning to retrain your mind.
