Once the step 3 decision is made we put it into effect by at once moving to step 4. Step 4 is the proof that we really did take step 3. It is the action of step 3, and the first real action we take in the program. I found it impossible to do step 4 without close help from a sponsor, though I am sure others may be able to manage it on their own.
