Love,patience and tolerance
Hello all... glad to be here..looking forward to meeting new ppl..to the new comers..my mantra..every moment. .is, don't use no matter what. .no matter what person...place or thing is causing an array of negative emotions to surface. .I'll survive. .on the other side of the coin are good emotions..the ones that make me feel elation. .celebratory. .equally as threatening to my focus ..so easy does it..and remember. .what good does it do to be on the right track..if you're just going to sit there. .eventually you will be stuck..think positive. .do positive. .with much love..peace and light. .ISAN
