One Day On and still goin on
Hi Everybody
Posted for the first time in my life yesterday and would like to thank everybody for their kind and caring comments.
It really humbles me to get positive feedback from likeminded people that I don't know.
Early days yet but I hope I have found the place to begin recovery for the future

One day on is great, every day is progress and if that gets a bit much at times, break the day into sections (worked for me the first week). Get to a week if you possibly can, you'll start to notice some real differences then.
we're with you.

Great job on Day 1 and welcome to SR

SWH one day is a great accomplishment! It is the early days but never downplay your success, even if it is getting past ten minutes, everything counts! We'll be here to celebrate your successes and cheer you on through the hard times. We can tackle this thing together!
Proud of you for making 2 days, SWH. We all understand how difficult it is in the beginning, & how much strength it takes to not cave. Thankfully, it does get easier and less intense as you go along. We are here to listen and help.
