Soberwolf is over 1000 days clean 1224 days !!! (just realised)

I was having a conversation with a friend here on SR & I've litrelly just realised I'm over a 1000 days clean from cocaine I'm well chuffed how amazing is that

Today Im also 866 days sober from alcohol so my 1000 day sober milestone isn't far off either (April I think)

Today I feel awesome & as random as this sounds in the NFL Da Bears won a game that ppl thought was impossible to win and I think that speaks recovery somewhat

I'm seriously happy & honoured to share this with you guys

Soberwolf, anyone who reads you here knows exactly what you mean by clean and sober...and what 1000 days means is deep congratulations and heartfelt thanks for being here with us. You were one of the first to greet and welcome me, and to hold out the hope and strength I needed to see.

Impressive that SW - doff my cap to you (if I had one that is) - I'm 17 & 13 respectively - someway to go for those kind of milestones but that's the goal otherwise I'm snookered ;-)

I am lucky to have this site & to be fortunate enough to be surrounded by good caring people who have helped me to continue to grow & grow in sobriety
