I just spent a week in St. Martin with my wife and parents. The trip went well and I know I couldn't have handled it last spring or winter. My anxiety was low and cravings didn't show up. I will say more than any cravings for alcohol I did crave a cigarette.

We went on a couple sail boat trips with open bars which I know would have been a bad idea early on. I just drank water and actually looking at the people on the trip sober I would say at least half the people did not even drink anyway. Funny how when you go on those trips in the past you just figure everyone is getting drunk like I was. I also got to see some overly drunk people do foolish stuff and think gee that was me not so long ago.

Glad to be home with my wife in cold NY.

Glad u had a great time, im secretly looking forward 2 being the only sober 1 on my work's xmas do, i will cringe when my colleagues get sloshed as that would normally b me!!

The dinner sail trip I went on had some really drunk people dancing and carrying on obnoxiously way over the top of acceptability. I was thinking to myself gee was I this bad... Maybe I was at some point, it was cringe worthy to watch sober.
