Today has been a great day spoke to both my neices and everything is ok at casa wolf : )

But this last week I have been struggling I have my late mothers 6 yr passing this monday & as much as I try to not think about it & be at peace with it I can be oversensitive while my mind is preoccupied

I've had to step back from certain threads & certain ppl because my thinking isn't on point and I'm perceiving things in the wrong way well I hope I'm perceiving them wrong anyway lol

What I'm trying to say is bare with me I'm not perfect but I am trying

I'm sorry to hear about your mother. Grieving her is only normal.

Well, we all have our off , or difficult times. It's great that you have the self-awareness to know when to stand back a little. I have those days sometimes when I just have to keep praying for an extra 10 seconds cushion between thinking and responding to catch myself before reacting in ways I might regret.

It's good of you to be self-aware, caring of you to take the time to express it, and totally understandable of you to find the anniversary of your mother's passing a difficult time.

Maybe it would be a good time to devise some sort of honoring ritual for your mother. A poem. A list of memories. Putting on some music that she loved. Going to a place you enjoyed together....

I find ritual to be powerful in helping process many types of emotion.
