Day 1, Again

Have tried going sober before and done it successfully , only to lapse. Feel extremely proud of myself when I am able to do it and equally shameful when I slip.

So here we go again. Day 1 for me.

It's great that you have decoded to quit and posted here.

Do you have any plans for what you are going to do to stay sober? Like reading and posting on SoberRecovery, or going to an AA meeting?

Why not join a monthly class desion? I think sometimes people don't because they are afraid of having to admit to 'failing'. But your here anyway, why not have the support that is there?
