I've been drinking lots of tea. Republic of Tea brand is amazing. Sugar free cranberry juice and diet seven up. Essential oils, candles, meditation music, prayer. One day at a time. Don't look at the big picture yet. Just focus on today.

This is me being impulsive (disclaimer lol) but maybe that cranberry juice mixed with the 7up would be good too. Don't mind me, I'm just craving a fizzy drink! Non-alcoholic that is!

Awesome, I read a book by Brian Tracy and he states that we could break a habit in 21 days. I know recovery takes way longer but i see it as a big milestone to stay sober for 3 weeks.

Keep it up.

He is amazing, but in this case the cover beats the original in my opinion. What JB does with that song is beyond words.
