A First in Years

I had a sober girls night tonight. We went to dinner, it was delicious. I ordered iced tea. We went back to my friend's house, and she ordered the Rousey fight on PPV (not really my thing but she's so pumped about it I got into it too).

We had a great time. Lots of laughing and joking. She knows I'm getting sober, so she bought fruit and popcorn and my nightly drink of choice lately- hot peppermint tea.

It was nice. And genuinely fun. And I may wake up tired tomorrow because we stayed up too late talking, but I won't wake up hung over.

So that's a first in a long time.

Thanks everyone! It was a lot of fun. I was in a great mood all day, because I knew I wasn't being artificial.

If alcoholic,
it is an easier one to travel.
