I've been a horrible binge drinker for the last 4-5 years and have done some damage to my insides as a result. I recently went on a month long binge drinking significant amounts and noticed my face is now incredibly puffy as a result. I'm trying to detox now. My question is how long will it take for my face to look "normal" again?

I hope you're seeing your dr. And educating yourself on healthy diet and exercise. It's hard to say how long it will take but each day without booze brings you closer to a healthier you. Alcohol ages like crazy. Sobriety is like turning back the clock.

That's gonna depend on a lot of factors but here's an important promise;

If you give your all to embracing a new sober life, that puffiness going away will be just one small bonus in an incredibly wonderful journey of richness you can't even imagine.

The puffiness will go away. Try not to fret over when. Instead, focus on the active changes in your life that will support your sobriety.

I have the same problem had a crazy 2 week binge and now my face is red, Puffy eyes that are red and bloated I don't even look like me!
Cudnt leave the house today as it worries me and I hope it doesn't last long! - I have the doctors so hopefully they can help !

Had terrible shakes today cudnt hold coffee mug! I can't do this to myself anymore really worried about my health!

I'm guessing loads of water is a good idea? So tired but can't sleep!!!
