I'm not sure what your thing is but it's important to find a fellowship in your area AA or the like your actual live people there who have been through exactly what you have been through you are not unique don't compare just identify once you've identified and are able to be honest with yourself that you have a problem and life is unmanageable it's time to get down to business they have what they call a program 12 steps just stopping is awesome but for some of us staying stopped is a bad problem it's important to change the 12 steps help each of us we create our life and become happy and peaceful people one person helping another is like nothing else
