This is my third attempt, Day 2 sober. This feels different. I'm reading and responding here, I've been journaling all of my feelings for my eyes only. I finally realized that I'm risking my very life and I love me more than I love the drinking. I think that is what makes the difference.

One day at a time is still intimidating, so I aim for the next 10 minutes.

The first week can be really hard. Come here often. We have all been there, and know what you are going through. One day at a time, one hour at a time, or one minute at a time. Whatever it takes. We are all here for you. Day 2 is AWESOME.

Im on day ten sweets, learning about AV has been helping me, I found out about it here id say last year and i went 3 months sober but still not realizing exactly what it was it just hit me like a ton of bricks And yes love yourself .
