Passed another test- day 28
Last night me and my wife went to dinner. There was a long wait for a table so she "asked": "let's just sit in the bar". That usually means a table at the bar- no tables available, so we ended up actually sitting at the bar. She ordered beer- I ordered water. We ate a good meal and went out for ice cream after.
This probably sounds and maybe is crazy- but I am trying to live a normal sober life without having to resort to abnormal things like having to wait a hour for a table at a restaurant when I can sit somewhere else immediately and order. I've heard folks say- you hang out around a barber shop long enough and you will eventually end up with a haircut. Maybe so, but in the last month, ive been to football tailgate parties, had folks over who drink, and made it through the day to
Day stuff without slipping. So far so good.
