I'm eating an apple after having yogurt and almond butter on raisin toast. And a bunch of candy bars. Ugh.

See? Highgate is cool. Now I'm going to try digging my photos out of wherever I stored them.

I'm not sure what I'll make for dinner tonight. I'll get the kids and then be rushed. Chicken? Pasta? Whatever.

Bixbees...I'm sorry to hear your struggling. Some days are like that and those are the days you dig deep and remind yourself what this is all about and that you don't drink anymore. Not an option. Change up,your routine today and do something physical as well. Don't give in.
