Need a refill

I have heard so many parents say this as they are walking their kids around tonight. When you think about it, it is kind of sad really. Can't do an activity with your kids without a drink on your hand...lame! I'm having a blast and I'm sober as a judge.

Oh, and I love how our neighborhood must have passed an open container law that I didn't know about...ha!

I don't have kids, but I often think what a nightmare I would've been if I did, I black out, so I think I'd have missed out on a lot from being drunk.
Good for you xx

One parent had a wagon with their child riding on one seat- across from a big jug of alcohol in the other!

This was my first Halloween in a couple years where I didn't have a drink in my hand. I did think about it. Briefly. Then I thought "you have 100 days sober in about 5 hours! Don't ruin it!" Still sober

I missed all the trick r treaters as I am in Oregon this weekend visiting my wife's parents. My wife's sister really wanted to hang out yesterday at a bar and watch football. We both declined that offer and went to the movies with her parents instead.
