Ok - this is hilarious...
and slightly vulgar, and completely insensitive and just generally dicky...
but a little bit how I am feeling right now
I don't feel like I have the capacity or even want to care about anyone but myself right now. In super selfish mode...enjoying ME time, and quality time with friends and family. I am hanging out with a few guys, as friends only and I am VERY clear that that's the way it's going to roll for a looong time. I'm in a good place, but this made me laugh and I see a twinge of myself there right now.

^^ You too! I can see in both of us the changes in our 'tone,' our outlook...it's fun to see what was lurking underneath the 'getting by' and 'managing'. We're pretty cool, and i love seeing it come out now that we can live a little. - big high five to us!

GOOD FOR YOU!Although entirely different situations, you aren't the only one acting selfish these days.... I've been on a pretty intense Me Binge for a few weeks now & I don't see an end in sight. And I'm OK with it. Soon enough the holidays will be here & I'll be running in a hundred different directions doing all kinds of stuff for everyone & I'll wish I had this down time.
