work tomorrow and I'm still drinking

I've been on a binge for the best part of three weeks now, I had a small break inbetween but it's getting out of control again. I'm due back at work tomorrow and I'm totally panicked by the thought of having to go without a drink for 12 hours. Not just that I don't really want to go back at all but feel I should because of how nice everyone's been about my situation so if I don't go back Instantly I let my fellow work mates down and myself. Any advice?

My advice is stop drinking right now and get some sleep.

After work, recommit to sobriety; use the link soberwolf provided and come here for support. You know you will always find help here.

Hi needstostop are you panicked because you will suffer withdrawals?
If so you may need to get a plan like soberwolf suggested, including medical care.

I ended up in hospital just over a week ago because of withdrawls. I was shaking, sweating and had a migraine from hell. They put me on a few drips and gave me a diazapan. It got me sober for about a week but then I gave into temptation. I suffer with severe anxiety anyway sleepie but obviously alcohol makes that worse and it is possible I could suffer withdrawls

You can't go to work fella, you know what needs to be done, you have to take care.

I was only given the one diazapan and I was only there for a maximum of about 6 hours. I couldn't walk straight or think properly but that could be the tranquilizer.

Yeah I did and remarkably I felt better after a good nights sleep. I probably drowned myself in water there after, drank green tea, ate garlic, lots of fruit and veg for a week. But unfortunately back at square one.

Hmmmm....aside from trying to eat right and drink lots of fluids, what else are you doing that is healthy? Do you have any hobbies?

What is your passion? (and you can't answer: alcohol, 'K?)
