Hand Trembling after 19 Days of Sobriety?

I do not know if this is normal, but I still have hand trembling after 19 days of sobriety. Any clue if this is normal? I have been hospitalized 3 times in the last month and got a bunch of tests done but nothing too bad. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Did you discuss this during your hospitalizations? If not, then it might be a good idea to do so.

I really can't afford to go the doctor anymore.... I have ran up almost 25k in hospital and ambulance bill this month. The shaking has definitely gone down a lot but I still notice some light shaking in my fingers.....

it could just mean too much caffeine or sugar? possibly anxiety? a lot of people have issues like that every so often.

I had shakes, especially in my hands, that lasted for quite a long time after quitting drinking. I saw a neurologist about them, but he just said to be patient and that they would go away eventually on their own as long as I didn't ever drink again. Turns out he was right!

Everyone's brain and nervous system are a little different, and your mileage may vary.
