I almost cannot believe that I've made it to Day 7. In the past, I caved on day three over and over again. But here I am at day 7... almost 25% of a month. I feel really strange being back home from my trip and NOT drinking. However, I'm enjoying my day and am staying very productive. It's 5:45 PM here, which is when I would normally be working on my second glass of wine and the sins that contribute to a horrible morning after. Instead, I am going to work on organizing my office and then I'll spend some time on my treadmill.

Isnt it worth it.. Day 9 for me and feel so much better than on day 1..double digits tomorrow. I have started walking.. See what we can do once you remove the poison.. Keep going!!
