Asking for prayers, please!
Going to dentist in the morning...something in my last cleaning made them nervous. As a former smoker I am worried sick-the C word has been in my thoughts but God has helped my worry and fears. It is what it is and worrying won't and doesbt help. Stress from the last year I'm sure has not helped-it's definitely hurt my body but I know how to cope. Hopeful it's nothing but I also am aware my family history of drinking and smoking killed most of them. Yes, I'm young-mid thirties. But prayers would be appreciated. Thank you, friends.

I will pray for you. Just try not to worry because it does not help. Read something, get a grateful journal, etc...as a former cancer patient I understand the fear but our fear does not impact the results. One step at a time.

Sending prayers. I went last week, I am admitting this in shame. I had not been for years, I am terrified of the dentist. I had to have a deep cleaning which was some work, but other than a tiny chip he will fix next week, he said my teeth look great.

Just wanted to update y'all-got checked a couple of days ago and dentist is happy with the way everything looks now-sees no reason to go to another dr. Thank goodness. Just keep living! Thank you for your thoughts.
