Hercules

Today is 10 days sober for me and is the longest I have been with out a drink in a long time. This time the cravings are almost non existent where as before they have been crippling, I put this down to finally seeing the truth about my addiction there is no maybe I can drink safely/moderate argument going on in my head. Finally alcohol is just not an option no more and it's like my brain has said ok let's move on and find new solutions.

Benefits already:

Less bloated
Depression almost gone
Not suicidal
No wasted days in bed
No anxiety
More energy
Up early feeling positive
Been present for my family

Anyways got to get my daughter to dance class lovely been able to drive not worrying if Iam over the limit.
