Hey guys, I am on day 10 and committed to never drinking again. I felt almost normal yesterday which was incredible but feel like garbage again today, so tired and foggy. I saw the doctor on Wednesday, but have to wait to see what the blood test reveals ... Really hoping this exhaustion and brain fog go away! Just stokes my anxiety to no end.

congrats on day 10 - don't let that brain fog get in your way. I had brain for up to 90 days and after. It goes away! Just stick with it. It really does get better. Be patient.
It took me over 30 years of constant drinking to mess up my head. I consider the first year an adjustment period - for me anyway. The longer you stay sober the better your brain heals, give it time.

Double digits are a great! I will be hitting my own double digits in November The anxiety will calm but for me it took a few months, keep at it.
