What's Wrong With Me Today?

I feel like I just got done diffusing a bomb.

Such an intense experience!

Could this be part of Xanax withdrawl?

Hi teatree

are you ok? You're starting threads all over the place with a slightly different angle on the same thing....which appears to be Xanax withdrawal. I'm alcoholic and have never been addicted to benzos but I believe the withdrawal is pretty dangerous and requires a taper. Are you drinking right now? Either way, I think you should call your dr. Take care of yourself.

Yep. Probably. That's how I felt.

If you have been taking xannies for long, or your dose was substantial, withdrawing suddenly without a doctor is a serious health risk.

Yeah...all these various postings sorta reflect how I'm feeling: all over the place...I left a message for my Dr. to call me tomorrow... I know he's a very busy guy. Yep, benzo withdrawl is the pits, especially day 3. I sure I don't have to go through that again...whew! I'm pretty sure it's just the benzo withdrawl...

Are Hallucinations Part Of Xanax Withdrawl??

I swear to God they're after me today...I'm having hallucinations and I'm thinking maybe it's part of withdrawing from Xanax.

Anyone ever experience hallucinations with benzo withdrawls?

Help - this is just no fun...but everything's okay.

You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. If your doctor is not able to see you today go to the ER. I'm sorry you are suffering.

Yeah I don't think waiting to tomorrow is going to do teatreeoil, some immediate medical advice and care might be the way forward.

Is there an ER you can get to?

I have no personal experience with Xanax but I have read that that the withdrawals can be very brutal. Please see a Dr as soon as possible because this is sounding serious.

We are here for support as well, please post back from time to time.

Teatree, as I think you know benzos are used to detox alchies from alcohol because they act on the brain in the same way alcohol does. In other words, they are alcohol in pill form, putting it simply. So the withdrawal from them is going to have the same symptoms as alcohol withdrawal, only worse. You must taper from these drugs. You need medical assistance.
