Its been awhile...
Hi there to all,
I fell off the wagon so to speak. I didn't binge like I have in the past, but had a couple of episodes that I woke up not feeling great the next day. Don't recommend it. I am trying hard to stay on the right path. I did figure out some triggers that mess me up. One of them being my Mom and step sister. Trying to figure out how to steer clear of them, which is kind of difficult. I'm trying again, and interested again in getting sober. So, here goes..... Let's hope this one sticks!

Welcome back Elliemae!!
So what's your plan moving forward?
For me simply hoping or wishing things would be different without any change of activities or routines never seemed to work, instead I needed to get proactive, come up with a plan, develop some new tools of support to make Sobriety happen!!
You can do this, but nothing changes if nothing changes!!

Welcome back, Elliemae.
I agree with Purpleknight; formulating a plan and building a toolbox would be very helpful so that you can successfully navigate your way through triggers, cravings and urges.
I am going to look for an SR link that might be helpful. I'll post it in a minute if I find it.
