Amazed at myself!

Wow! I'm actually doing this. Day 31 and not a drop!This journey is soooo about me! Yay...connecting with my self again and feeling inspired, excited about possibilities and proud of me! Have been realising how much emotional squashing I've been doing, not wanting to face reality. Slowly learning to take each piece and deal with it. I've been worn out and down over years juggling so many hats and people pleasing....now I don't give a rats at the moment...I'm finding MY strength again through this. And...bonus is I've shed 8 kilos..Woohoo!!
