I am not drinking and not taking drugs, i have been off them for over a year and a half.
I have been diagnosed with two mental health conditions from my psychiatric doctor; my therapist has suspected something else is there too, so i have symptoms of 3 of them.
I am working a 12 step programme and have service and sponsorship.
I am on medication.
I have had a dysfunctional upbringing and trauma from childhood.
I'm hurting, exhausted and in pain.

Hey 2sensitive..
u came to the right place for a great online community.. that's awesome uve been sober for over a year and a half.. 13 days sober here and SR has really helped me keep on track . I hope it helps you too. Ive had a rough upbringing as well so I feel your pain. Hope all goes well for ya this October.
