Eshgham is 1 year sober
I've followed Eshgham thread for quite a while now & its been a privledge to watch I'm sure a lot of ppl feel like this so I created this thread

I too just read the Eshgham 30 day thread from start to finish. Powerful stuff.
I strongly encourage any newbies out there to do the same. Eshgham gives us a day by day, week by week account of what it is like to make it through our first year of sobriety. He perfectly illustrates the ups and the downs and, more importantly, the RECOVERY that occurs as we progress
It is inspiring too to see the SR members who were there with Eshgham, offering encouragement, support and advice from the very beginning. Day after day. Soberwolf, Dee, Magellan. And many others.
You guys are the best.
