Day 4 and foggy

Day 4 sober, back at work and feel really foggy. It's like I have forgotten how to type. LOL. I take it this normal and will wear off in a few days? I am going to a celebrate recovery meeting tonight and am excited about that.

Yes, this is normal. If you feel really funky, check in with your doctor if you have one to make sure you're not having any adverse affects. He/she might be able to give you something to help with withdrawls too. In a few more days, you should start being able to sleep better and your head will start to clear up. Your body is flushing out all of the toxins and it takes a few. Hang in there, it gets better every day!

Good job Ihope. Definitely normal as your body adjusts to eliminating alcohol. Like Cali suggested, if you feel something is definitely off, then I would check with your doctor.
