Here are a few I came across and used when working Step 4:
just click on them, or copy and paste in your Internet browser.

Audio and Video | Step 4

Steps 4 & 5 - Overcoming AddictionOvercoming Addiction

"A.A. Way of Life - Working Step 4"

If you do Internet Web searches you will find a lot of resources for working the Steps (and for great Recovery Speaker Messages), but I highly suggest you pray for discernment, and weed thru them. You will inevitably come across the AA Bashers. They can be humorous if you don't get caught up in their 'campaigns' to keep the world safe from the Spiritual Program that completely renews our lives and our spirits.

Here is a link for a very good short guided meditation:
open this web page and click on 'Juanita U - A Guided Meditation - from Steps 10 & 11

This is a link to a group and an online study guide - The Primary Purpose group in Dallas, TX that compiled a Big Book Study guide.

I did the entire guide over about a month. It is derived from two well known AA'ers who held Big Book study workshops around the country for years -Joe and Charlie.

If you choose to complete this, the Big Book will indeed come alive for you.
Best Wishes!

keep coming back, glad your'e here with us Nap!

LOL, yes I am familiar with Google thanks! I was just hoping someone could recommend something they'd used themselves. Thanks to those who did :-)

Alcoholics Anonymous : Read the Big Book and Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions

lifes too short and the programs too dam simple to go gettin all complicated with it all them study guides and workbooks.
