Meds seem to be settling in; looking for a counselor next week that accepts my insurance.

My Ex is coming to visit & help getting the apartment straightened up & start packing it up for mom's move to be closer to my older brother.

My ex & I are working things out. I've spoken to a 5yr clean and sober friend up there in mass. That said if I wanted to go to meetings he'll take me. Or w\ my anxiety issues he'd be willing to just meet w\ me for support.

My ex said even if we don't get back together I am welcomed at her home guest room cause she realizes how bad Baltihell is for me. But us together is looking really positive.

So still sober & doing much better. Still grieving dad but I know it can be a hard journey. Thanx àll.

Well after a few stumbles, a wake up call of a friends death, I took it upon myself to actively seek the the help I needed for my crippling anxiety. I'm still in alott of physical pain but I can function daily to work on that & my ex coming down to reconnect & help w\ moms apartment has given me a brighter out look. Not to mention 18hrs a day of Jerry & the boys ;-)
