Never ever thought I would do something like this let alone make it to day 15! Can't believe that I am this far along! I've been drinking since the age of 16 and due to life style had built a steady tolerance over the past 34 yrs. Absolutely sick of the unproductive hangovers and feeling lousy, guilty etc. Have started exercising which is helping. Emotions are all over the place atm...one minute cloud nine, next uncontrollable tears...hoping this will pass cos I never want to go back to that me. Hurts to write it down now too...triggered more tears...gotta toughen up and keep going..

During my first month I caught myself getting choked up watching friggin commercials.
